Urethane Rtv Casting

Urethane Room Temperature Vulcanization (RTV) casting is a great way to create high-aesthetic, functional parts in a production equivalent material quickly and economically before proceeding to production tooling.

We start the process with a 3D printed master pattern.  The master pattern is used to make a silicone mold and liquid urethane material is then forced into the mold, before curing in a few hours.
The result is a production-like, cost effective part for low-volume situations such as beta testing and bridge tooling.
