Production FFM

​FDM, Fused Filament Modeling  is similar in process to the FDM process, the FFM process dose not use a soluble support material.  The thermoplastic melted and then deposited in layers to create a printed object. During printing, the plastic filament is fed through a hot extruder where the plastic gets soft enough that it can be precisely placed by the print head. The melted filament is then deposited layer by layer in the print area to build the workpiece. We offer a wide variety of economical materials that serve well in many applications including first round prototypes and end use parts.
